Damaged or Missing Item/Package Process

Damaged Item Process

If you received your package and an item is damaged, do the following - email info@elephantsenergy.com within 48 hours of delivery with the below information: 

-Photos of the damaged item

-Photos of the package (front, back, inside, top of shipping label), and

-Photos of the contents of the package.

All information is required to proceed with next steps. 

Please allow 3 business days for a response. 

 

Missing Item Process

If you received your package and an item is missing, do the following within 48 hours of receiving your package - email info@elephantsenergy.com within 30 days of delivery:

Missing Package Process

If you did NOT received your package and it’s 30 business days from shipping make sure that you tracked it and then do the following - email info@elephantsenergy.com with the below information. Please send this information no later than 30 days after last tracking information.
